A trip to the Houston Fine Arts Museum is all a budding artist needs to feel reinvigorated! My husband and four kids saw artists like Matisse, Monet, Bouguereau, Picasso (that is what I am standing in front of in this pic) and more! It was wonderful! Now all I want to do is pull out my oils and get to work on the next painting I have planned (my husband holding our third child), but I will have to force myself to finish the illustrating first. One project and a time!
